Bittersweet Herb Farm is a family business run by Dave and Jill Wallace in Shelburne, Massachusetts.  They produce all-natural gourmet finishing sauces, oils and balsamic vinegars.  They also produce gourmet dried seasonings in packets and Italian glass jars for use as rubs on meats or to enhance everyday cooking.  All of their seasoning packets are great mixed as dips.  Dave and Jill believe their products reflect their love of cooking and their passion for enjoying great food with family and friends.
